Infinity Cleaning Services – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

1. Services Provided  

Infinity Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Service details are confirmed prior to scheduling.

2. Booking & Deposits  

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

3. Payments  

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted via secure payment links.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling  

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Access to Property  

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a service fee may apply.

6. Property Conditions  

Any excessive dirt, clutter, or unsafe conditions must be disclosed prior to service. Additional charges may apply if conditions differ from original booking.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee  

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will address the issue.

8. Liability  

We are insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or improperly secured items. Clients must notify us of fragile or high-value items.

9. Post-Construction Cleaning  

Dust may resettle after service due to ongoing work or airflow. Additional cleaning may be required and billed separately.

10. Pricing Adjustments  

Quotes are based on provided details and may be adjusted if scope or conditions change.

11. Right to Refuse Service  

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or violate policies.

12. Agreement  

By booking services or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
